The charts have been updated and are available for download.

two changes to make note of:
1) there is no longer a requirement in the rules for a pitcher to rest a day prior to starting

2) the adjustments to the bunter's running rating have been modified, they are now
    -2 whenever the corner infielders are playing in
    -1 when fielded by pitcher/catcher with corner infielders back
    -1 when bunt attempt is a sacrifice (cumulative with above)

If someone would double-check that the park cards agree with the charts I'd appreciate it.
