[IBL] Everett availables

Hello, thanks to everyone for being patient with me while I learn the
ropes.

I have a couple players I'd like to move, if anyone is interested. I'm
looking for some relief help at the very least.

Here's who I'm looking to move:

A starting catcher: Ryan Jeffers (Min)
A starting CF: Jacob Young (Was)

I have not used up their availability for this season, they both could
start the remaiinder of the season.
