[IBL] MAD trade flier

The Madness have not won a playoff series since 2013 and have been to the playoffs once since then. My own playoff predictor has me finishing 80-82 with a 7% chance of making it. An incredibly mediocre stretch of results that has left me incredibly frustrated for literal years.

To try and get into the playoff hunt, MAD is looking for the following upgrades:

2 great relievers
200PA of average+ LF
200PA of average+ CF (this can be the same person as the LF if they can play both and be full-time the rest of the way)
