[IBL] SEA Trade Flyer

At the All-Star break SEA appears to maybe be limping into a playoff spot,
so I wanted to see if I could maybe get some upgrades at my weakest spots.
I'd be fine with short term solutions here to save on cost, so current year
zoids are of interest.  Long term value is always welcome, but not
necessary.

Our needs are:

1B - MIN Santana is good enough (3 WAR player last year), but open to a
meaningful upgrade
SS - Similar, fine with Tovar but open to a meaningful upgrade
*CF - Pretty weak here*
*RF - Pretty weak here*
DH - Ok here but open to really good cards
RP - Looking for outstanding cards only, we've got good relievers so only
looking for great

Our trade chips (in addition to picks):

CHA Sheets - LF/DH/1b for next year with a 119 wRC+ currently
PHI Clemens - 2B/1b/rf/lf/cf next year with 118 wRC+ (bashing righties)
STL Matz - 51 innings of .247/.282/.359

Other stuff may be possible too, depending on the player.
