While I have doubts about RRG's long term ability to hang around the
playoff picture, especially in lieu of some recent injuries, I am a big
believer in "going for it" when the opportunity arises. This is especially
true given the collapse of their hitting and bullpen in MLB going into next
season.
I am not willing to go all in, but feel like I should at least explore
options to add a few pieces.
Anyway, RRG is open to the following, in no particular order.
1. Playoff caliber relief arm.
2. RF with a bit of thump.
3. #3 caliber SP. RRG does have solid SP thus far for next year, so it
could be a card with limited value for next year.
In return, we are probably looking at picks, though RRG's #1 would not be
available unless the player was a long term valuable asset. There are also
other random pieces that could be moved that have varying levels of value
(Will Wagner, Brooks Baldwin, Davis Martin, Eduardo Rodriguez, Endy
Rodriquez, Jace Jung). Package deals are also welcome.
I am not insulted by any names my way. All I can say is not interested or
let's talk.
