[IBL] BUF flier/update

I'm aiming to pick soon unless there is a compelling offer.

As far as offseason flier wise - I could likely use some good offense
at 2B/3B/OF and could use some pitching boosts as well.

I don't have many draft picks for this current draft. I may have some
surplus SP veteran types in ARI Kelly, STL Gibson, LAA Anderson and
LAA Canning if you're looking for SP.
