[IBL] Enmanuel Valdez / Austin Hays / Jackson Rutledge

Hello all,

I'm looking for another early 3rd round pick, and have these guys
potentially available.

Valdez - Fairly young prospect type with good power
Hays - Signed a couple weeks ago with the Reds, should get plenty of time
in their injury-riddled OF
Rutledge - Prospect SP, UC25

Might also consider dealing Curtis Mead, but he's a 55 Fangraphs FV guy,
and I still think he'll be a good player, so would want a bit more than a
#3.
