[IBL] Updated WIS trade block

Updated list of guys WIS is willing to deal as we start the rebuild
process. More guys will likely be added throughout the year but let's get
it started here by including a few more names.

*Richie Palacios*-Full time usage at both 2B (where has surprisingly good
defense) and RF, and good for 40 games in LF plus emergency eligibility at
both SS/3B. Full usage is about 400 PA. 101 wRC+.

*Ramon Urias*-Full usage (about 400 PA) at 3B plus fringe PT at both 1B/2B.
115 wRC+.

*Tyler Freeman*-You have all heard me talk about him for a year, so what I
said before.

*Miles Mikolas*-dependable back end starter who is durable and good for up
to 200 IP.

*Charlie Morton*-basically the same as Mikolas with maybe a slightly better
card.

*Sam Moll*-can be used for around 50 IP with a terrific .261 wOBA that will
play better due to his home park (Cinci). Good HR rate. Solid vs. running
game. Dominates lefties...solid vs. righties. Good playoff caliber card.

Looking for future fliers, help at C, and draft picks. Would love to get
into the 4th round or so, but realize some of these guys are more like 7th
round pick types, which I would also take.

Will listen to any and all offers.
