[IBL] MAD looking for upgrade at 2B or SS

MAD is looking for an upgrade at 2B (over CIN Rosario and SEA Polanco) or at SS (we could slide PIT Kiner-Falefa over to 2B). I am more concerned about the card than next year.

We could move the following:

TOR Loperfido (156 PA to 75%, needs to play every day)
SEA Polanco
MAD#2
