[IBL] SDQ trade flier

Hello,

SDQ is a WC contender and future playoff prospects look grim so might as
well have a go.  Could really use a #3/#4 SP type, proper 1B, CF offense.

Technically, everyone is available, but any of the strong bats (Butler,
Raley, Bregman, Altuve, LAN Rojas, NYN Marte, TEX Smith)  would need to be
as good or better.  Younger ones like Butler and O'Hoppe will be
exceedingly expensive (even though neither is doing that great in MLB).

I've not got much in the way of picks and those I have I will need just to
field a team next season.

Some pieces of interest:
PIT Reynolds SH.  Good hitting card 117/146/175 Av 119/169/191 Vg.  some
speed and mediocre defense.  Moved to RF in PIT, .744 OPS post AS break so
could end up with ok card.
NYA Rice  LH.  1B/C.  Young, good power, solid late #1 value
HOU Whitcomb:  Prospect, hasn't done much but .900+ OPS last 2 seasons at
AAA.
PIT Cook:  fringe prospect.
