PENNANT RACES
-------------
We're down to the last three weeks of the season and the playoff situation
is coming into focus.

With 22 games left, no team has clinched their division, but a couple of
them have virtually locked it up.  Williamstown holds a 15.5 game lead in
the AC Central, and Seaside is 14 games ahead in the NC West.  Motor City
and Salt Lake hold 5.5 game leads, and Kansas leads by 4 games.  The NC
Central is up for grabs, with Sparkle City and San Francisco tied with
78-62 records.

Wisconsin is in the driver's seat for the top NC Wild Card spot, with
San Francisco and Southern Kentucky still in contention.

In the AC, Buffalo is six games up for the top Wild Card spot over South
Florida, with Everett still in the running.

There is an IBL day off between weeks 23 and 24.

Week 24 will be a four-game series with September weather, with results
due Monday, October 7.

The trade deadline has passed, so no more trades or free agent pickups are
allowed, except for emergency pickups to maintain a legal roster. You may
activate or deactivate players if you want.

Rosters have been expanded, so you may activate as many players as you want.
