[IBL] RRG trade block update (Boyd/Miley/DeLosSantos)

RRG is taking offers on Matthew Boyd. He is a perfectly capable bottom of
the rotation pitcher who eats up lefties (.517 OPS) and is passable vs.
righties (.799 OPS, largely due to some HR issues). Full disclosure that he
is on IL until week 19, which is why he is available. If your SP depth
isn't great and you could use a guy down the stretch, I think he makes some
sense. He needs to be moved this week as RRG needs innings badly. Looking
for a lower end SP with even a small bit of potential going into next year,
or more likely a late draft pick (a 7th will do the trick).  First decent
offer takes him.

RRG has two credible offers for Wade Miley. I am going to give it a bit
more just to see if any other teams step forward with interest. So, if you
have any interest in this playoff caliber starter, let me know ASAP.

Yerry DeLosSantos is also still available. Playoff eligible and a solid
relief card. Due to RRG needing to fill innings, he is a guy that may need
to be activated soon, despite my efforts not to. So, if you want full use
of his 25 or so innings, we would need to talk fairly soon.
