[IBL] Stadium Draft and Team Name Changes

Please let me know if you are interested in participating in the Stadium
Draft.  If only one or two people are interested, I may just do it through
e-mail.  If there are more teams interested, I will schedule a time on IRC
for next week.

Available stadiums: CIN Great American Ballpark, COL Coors Field, DET
Comerica Park, KC Kauffman Stadium, LAA Angel Stadium of Anaheim, WAS
Nationals Park

Also please let me know if you are interested in changing your team's city
or nickname.

You are only allowed to change stadium, city, or nickname once every three
years, so if you have already done it in the past two seasons you are
ineligible.
