[IBL] More MAD Maneuvers

With ARI Kelly sent off in exchange for a 2nd round pick, I also have two good reliever cards with no futures that would be great additions to any playoff contender:

BOS Martin 96/96/108 103/103/112 -- been worked hard and needs 15BF for 75% but 181 more BF for 150%
Ineffective in 2024 and currently on the IL with anxiety issues (they are no joke, I have family members who suffer from them)

PIT Moretta 47/118/90 56/99/98 -- running at 127% usage but can be used for up to 240 more BF for 150%
Had UCL reconstruction surgery in the spring 14-16 month recover so no IBL2025 card

Either one of these players can be had for a 3rd round pick. I will not be cutting them, instead running them up to 150% as I need to in a quest to avoid 100 losses.

I am also looking for additional starting pitching to replace Kelly's innings.
