[IBL] still dealing...maybe a couple new names

Still looking to potentially deal...looking for picks, good prospects,
future value.  I'm looking to almost completely rebuild.  That doesn't mean
this is a fire sale, just that GTY doesn't stand a chance for a couple
years due to all the damn injuries and ineffectiveness.

Feel free to make an offer.  I'll group players for higher picks/better
prospects/young players that have good MLB performance.

I've listed approximate values based on the player's card for this year and
how much it can help a playoff team and future value.

TB Rasmussen - late 2nd
ARI NelsonR. - 3rd
BOS Jansen - late 2nd/early 3rd
ARI Ginkel - late 1st/early 2nd
NYA Marinaccio - early 3rd
NYN Raley - 3rd/4th
BAL Perez - 3rd/4th
ATL Shuster - 4th

Players not likely to get dealt unless the offer is excessive:  MIL
Contreras, OAK Soderstrom, KC Pratto, BOS Valdez, ARI Lawlar, TEX Jung, TB
Mead, SF Matos, MIL Burnes, MIA Weathers, CHN Wesneski.  Yep, pretty shitty
core.
