[IBL] Karinchak

After a year of riding the Karinchak train, I thought I would throw his
name out there and see if anyone else would be interested in taking the
passenger seat on this wild ride?   I figured he could be an interesting
guy to take on for a rebuilding team or even a team with an already deep
bullpen given his electric upside. Even this year, he isn't a total
washout...too many walks and a bit HR prone, but .178 BA against and really
good vs. RHB.  He also only needs about 30 IP to make usage so not TOO
painful.

I am looking for a '25 draft pick in return, as I would like to free up a
roster spot to be able to churn free agents throughout the year. While I
get that I am selling a bit low on him, I also won't be giving him away, as
I am also ok on holding him to see how things go in '24...so probably a mid
level type pick.
