[IBL] post-draft transactions schedule

With the draft concluding tomorrow you may now report trades that were agreed upon during the February roster freeze.  If trades will cause your team to exceed the 36 player limit you must also submit a list of players you are releasing in order to get down to the limit.

There will be an initial transaction period limited to processing these post-draft trades and releases which will be reported on Friday 3/1.  The first deadline for full transactions (including FA signings) will be 11:59pm Pacific on Tuesday 3/5.  Afterward, transactions will be processed weekly with the standard Tuesday deadline.

Tue 3/5 - deadline for first week of pre-season transactions
Tue 3/12 - deadline for second week of pre-season transactions
etc.
