[IBL] IBL 2025 Carded Players Spreadsheet

I've created the 2025 Carded Players spreadsheet and it is available from
this Dropbox link:

The spreadsheet has four worksheets:
Carded Batters (569 players)
Carded Pitchers (541 players)
Free Agent Batters (231 players)
Free Agent Pitchers (260 players)

Anyone in the Free Agent Batters or Free Agent Pitchers sheet is draft
eligible.
However, five players have already been selected (MIL Chourio, SD Merrill,
PIT Skenes, TEX Langford, BAL Holliday).

Please look over the spreadsheet and let me know if you find any issues or
have any questions.
This year it includes all batters with at least 30 PA (which now includes
all PA, not just AB+BB), and all pitchers with at least 20 IP.
