[IBL] Need more picks?

Thanks for the initial inquiries. I had one question about whether the RRG
offer only applies to later rounds, and the answer is no. With RRG picking
towards the top of each round, they are certainly willing to trade say, a
3rd for a 2nd (which might only mean dropping a few picks depending on
where your pick lies), and throwing in one of those later round picks to
make it worth your while.  While I thought it was implied, I just wanted to
clarify.

While I would also understand wanting to wait and see how the draft unfolds
before making such a trade, I am also willing to pull the trigger early as
it would help clarify a couple of "who to keep" issues at the bottom of the
roster.
