MID-SEASON BALLOT

I've compiled the mid-season ballot, and it is available for review
at this link:

We will allow a short period of time for you to point out any potential
issues with the ballot items that need to be corrected. Once any issues
have been corrected, or if none are found, the ballot will be locked
for changes and we will have a discussion period.  After that we will
set a deadline for voting.

Please review the items at the above link and let us know if you see
any potential issues.

The mid-season ballot contains any ballot items that need to be voted
on early, either because they take effect immediately, or because they
may affect people's decisions before the offseason.

We will have an off-season ballot for items which do not need to be voted
on now.
