[IBL] Players that Won't Make Usage

Hey all,

I'm looking to create some roster flexibility and have some possible
reserve pieces for your team. I know I won't get them usage and some that
might not even matter.

I'm looking for a SS with about 100 starts, or mid to later round picks for
most of them. Maybe even RP.

* ARI Rivera 3b 9F - 127/163/166 & 115/152/162, 273 PAs for 100%

* LAA Cron 1b 5D - Power: Vg/Vg, 277 PAs for 100%

* PIT Palacios OF 3F0 - Power: Vg/Vg, 264 PAs for 100%

* DET McKinstry IF/OF - he can do everything, just not great at anything.
462 PAs for 100%
