[IBL] Need some quick MIS writing help

Hello. I am trying to update my MIS to include my pitching usage to keep
everything on one document, but when I uploaded it and took a look at it,
it is a formatting mess. I also realize that things like my SB table is
also a mess (and sorry to any teams the last year+ who have had to read
it...I never opened it up to see what it looked like).

Anyone have any secrets to share? I have tried using simple tabs to keep my
columns aligned, but that hasn't worked. When I write it up in a text file,
everything looks nicely formatted, so I am losing something when I upload
it into Dropbox.
