[IBL] Stepping down as RRG owner

Hello everyone! It has been a pleasure (mostly, looking at you,
rollbot!) being owner of RRG for the last few seasons. Unfortunately,
for a few reasons (that have nothing to do with the game or any of the
owners, fortunately), I'm going to be stepping down as a full-time
owner in IBL. I'm still going to be around, but right now, being a
full-time owner isn't an option.

Good luck to everyone the rest of the way in the playoffs (and
beyond!), and see you around!
