[IBL] BFD pieces available to contenders

With divisional games coming up in weeks 12/13 I thought these guys may be  
of interest to some:

RRP TB Feyereisen  31/58/44 vL, 16/22/24 vR
- not playoff eligible but there isn't a better RP card out there, 86 BF  
remaining until 133%

OF WAS Call  86/158/144 Vg vL, 89/179/169 Vg vR, LF 9/F/+2
- quality bench bat but can only enter playoff games in the 6th inning


There's also a possibility that BOS Whitlock could be available, but he's  
way more expensive than these other two.  Whitlock is a playoff eligible SP  
with a nice card (69/70/135 vL, 88/99/152 vR).  Boston seems committed to  
keeping him in the rotation so the inclination here is to hang on to him,  
but a big offer from a playoff team would be considered.
