[IBL] Kwan CLE

A shocking 9-3 run has put KAT back towards respectable and in the hunt,
but I still don't feel I have a playoff caliber team.  That being said,
I've had prior discussions with several teams regarding Kwan CLE and am
looking harder at moving him.

If you're interested let me know.  I know I won't get the return of the #6
overall pick value that I spent on him last season, but he's got a really
nice card, provides solid value next season and is only 25.

My biggest needs looking forward are C & SP with focus on cards for next
year if I move him.
