[IBL] AC All Star Manager needed

Attention AC owners:
Would anyone like to volunteer to manage the AC All Star team in the
All-Star game this weekend?  If so, please let me know.  I am willing to do
it if nobody else wants to, but I'd like to give someone else a chance to
play if they want.
