[IBL] Rasmussen

With the news that TB Rasmussen is out for the year, I'm looking to deal
him for a draft pick or a RF.  He should have around 350-365 BF's left
after week 13, so probably 14 full fatigue games left, plus he's a great SP
for you for the playoffs.

Looking for a mid-#2 or so if it's a draft pick.
