[IBL] IBL Draft Round 8 Results ... Pending

Hello,

I am hoping to get the Draft 8 Results out soon. I am waiting on a
couple of clarifications . . . and I am heading out for the day soon
as I am taking a wee vacation.

When sending in lists, please make sure that you enter the desired
player's name using the full and correct IBL notation. Watch for
faulty team codes and first initials.
