[IBL] WMS needs assistance

Hi all,
Andrew has asked if we can find someone to manage WMS's team in the ACCS
for him.  He is unfortunately very busy helping with a family member who is
ill and probably won't be able to play it.  If anyone would like to
volunteer, please let me know.  It would be preferable if it were an owner
who did not have a team in the playoffs.
