[IBL] GTY open to trade down

Merry Christmas Eve everyone.  I'll likely be picking tonight.  If you have
an offer to move up, send it now.  I'll be picking who I think is the best
player available regardless of position,  so if you think that might be
your guy, shoot an offer. :-)
