[IBL] Third Base Trading Block

I have seen a lot of talk about third base being an area of need for quite
a few teams.  I wanted to throw out that David Villar is available. While
he is certainly not a short term answer, he might be a long term flier
worth stashing.

1. 3rd round pick last year
2. Still 26
3. Can play 3B (good defensively), 2B (low errors but bad range), or 1B
(poorly)
4. Only needs about 100 PA to get usage.
5. Very good barrell numbers but insanely unlucky .173 BABIP last year so
*some* of the terrible numbers are the result of bad luck.
6. Combined 36 HR last year (AAA-MLB) so pop is real.
7. Not much in terms of 3B prospects once you get past the top of the
draft.

I get that he is what he is for this year, but if your hole at 3rd is
significant and you want a deep flier to kick the tires on, he can be had
for a low round draft pick.

Oh, and I know you are holding off those offers for Gavin Sheets in an
attempt to slow play the market, but he is also still available for a low
round pick.
