FRANCHISE UPDATES

The Oaksterdam Bombers are now the Berkley Fire Dragons (BFD) and will be
managed by
Sean and his son.

George has relocated his franchise to become the Buffalo Raptors (BUF).

The Baltimore Sand Crabs are still in caretaker status, and are being
managed by Chris.

The Southern New Hampshire Spectre are also still in caretaker status, but
have a
potential owner in Paul Schneider.  He has been added to the snh at ibl.org
list.  I will
continue as caretaker helping him get up to speed.
