[IBL] Trade Deadline Tonight

Just a reminder, tonight is the trade deadline, and the transaction
deadline for week 22.  After this deadline, no more trades or free agent
signings are allowed except emergency signings necessary to field a legal
active roster.

Rosters are expanded for the final four weeks, so you may activate as many
players as you want.

All outstanding results and boxscores through week 21 are due now.  Week 22
results are due next Monday, October 3.
