Other notable achievements this season:

MAD's Vladimir Guerrero won the Triple Crown, leading the AC in average
(.328),
homers (54), and RBI (144).

MAD's Miguel Cabrera became the fifth member of the exclusive IBL 3000-hit
club.

BOW's Zack Wheeler was the only other 20 game winner, going 21-9.

EVE's Tyler Mahle and POR's Michael Kopech threw no-hitters.

SCS's Trevor Bauer threw nine perfect innings and ten no-hit innings
against NYK but was removed and SCS lost 1-0 in the 11th.

EVE's Carlos Correa had an 11-RBI game as the leadoff hitter in a
game against KAT.

In his first IBL season as a full time two-way player, NJR's Shohei Ohtani
went 11-8 with a 3.68 ERA and 184 K's as a starting pitcher, while hitting
.251 with 44 homers and 112 RBI at the plate.

SLG's Kyle Tucker had a monster 40/40 season, hitting 45 home runs and
stealing 53 bases.  He also hit .315, led the NC with 46 doubles, and led
the IBL with 154 RBI.

Amazingly, SLG had another 40/40 player as well, as Fernando Tatis Jr.
swiped 43 bases while launching 46 homers.  He led the NC in batting
average (.323), on-base percentage (.399) and slugging (.654).

SFP's Jose Ramirez joined the 30/30 club for the second time in his career,
swatting 32 home runs and swiping 80 bases.

GTY's Bo Bichette also went 30/30, hitting 30 homers and stealing 35 bases
while
getting caught only twice.

Albert Pujols became the IBL's all time leader in RBI, passing Barry Bonds
and
finishing the season with 2193.

Jon Lester was called up late in the season by SCS and won his 200th game.
His career IBL record is 200-132 in sixteen seasons.

Max Scherzer reached 3000 strikeouts.  With 3245 at the end of the season,
he is the active leader and has passed Greg Maddux to stand 6th all-time.

Yadier Molina joined the 2000-hit club.  Justin Upton and Nelson Cruz
scored
their 1000th run.  Ryan Zimmerman reached 1000 RBI.  Jacob deGrom notched
his
100th win.
