[IBL] Stadium Draft results

Only one team changed their park in tonight's stadium draft.  The Kansas
Tornados are moving from KC Kauffman Stadium to ATL Truist Park.

There is one other franchise change -- the Seattle Rainiers are moving to
San Diego to become the Seaside Rainiers.  They will still use the SEA
abbreviation, and will now use Southern California weather.
