[IBL] Update

Just a quick update on preparations for the upcoming IBL season:

- Sean has posted preliminary cards.  Please make a quick sanity check and
let us know if you find any potential issues or errors with the player
cards or park cards.

- I will be sending out an off-season ballot soon, so be prepared to vote

- We will have a stadium draft shortly.  Let me know if you wish to
participate.  The following parks are currently available, but other parks
may become choosable if another team switches:

ATL Truist Park, CIN Great American Ballpark, COL Coors Field, DET Comerica
Park, LAA Angel Stadium of Anaheim, NYA Yankee Stadium, WAS Nationals Park

- If you wish to change your team's city and/or nickname, now is the time
to let Sean know.
