I've added starts/limits and preliminary defensive range estimates.  The  
estimates are listed as a range of probable outcomes (e.g. "DEFG" meaning  
grades "D" through "G").

FYI -- I got tired of jumping through hoops to keep Facebook login working,  
so if you were using that previously you'll now have to try one of the  
other options (Google, Microsoft, Twitter).  If you end up registering a  
new account you'll have to email me to get the proper permissions added  
before you can download the files.
