[IBL] Pick 1-6

Having acquired the current pick from KAT, I have a decision pretty much
made - however, I will take a very short time to consider offers if someone
wants to move up or acquire the pick outright.

I primarily need an outstanding CF, perhaps a corner OF, and relief
pitching.  Upgrades anywhere will be considered but I'm pretty happy with
my SP and infield currently.
