[IBL] pre-emptive flier

All,

In addition to my earlier flier, there's a fairly good chance at this point
that I'd be willing to discuss moving down 1-5 spots from pick 1-16.

If you are interested, we could discuss now so we don't waste pick-by-pick
time on the clock later.  Looking for additional picks, 3B, SP, RP, 2B,
possibly CF or C.
