[IBL] Playoff Update

Congratulations to SLG for winning the NC and advancing to the IBL
Championship for the second year in a row, with series victories over SEA
in the Division Series and NYK in the NC Championship Series.  NYK had
claimed their spot by defeating GTY in 5 games in their Division Series
matchup.

MCM advanced to the AC Championship Series with a victory over NJR and
awaits the winner of the WMS/OXY series which is currently tied at 1 game
