RESULTS

Hello fellow IBL'ers.  It appears that many teams have fallen a bit
behind schedule with playing their games.

I'm making an executive decision to add a real life off week
immediately to give everyone a breather and a chance to get caught
up on their results.  Therefore week 19 will not be due this Monday,
but instead will be due Monday, September 5.

If you will still have trouble getting caught up, just let me know
and we'll make arrangements for someone else to play your series.

SCHEDULE

This is week 19.  It is a three game series with August weather.

There are two makeup doubleheaders this week:
Week 19 BAL at ODM doubleheader on day 1 to make up rainout in week 12.
Week 19 NJR at KAT doubleheader on day 1 to make up rainout in week 12.

Mon 9/5 - week 19 results due
Tue 9/6 - transaction deadline
Mon 9/12 - week 20 results due
Tue 9/13 - transaction deadline

Reminder: the IBL trade deadline is after week 21, following our final real
time off-week.  Every team that has a shot at the playoffs will also need
to submit a legal playoff roster, though you will be allowed to modify it
once your opponent is set.

MIGGY WATCH

Miguel Cabrera is closing in fast on 3000 IBL hits.

He hit safely in all six games in week 18, with eight hits total including
a double and home run, bringing him up to 2995.  This could be the week he
joins the exclusive club:
