[IBL] Week 10 + Last Transactions

Hi all,
There are several week 10 results missing.  Please get them in ASAP.  If
you can't have them done in the next day or two, let me know the reason and
when you'll have them in.

Also, just a reminder, the day after week 11 results are due (Tuesday,
September 21) will
be our final transaction deadline, for pickups/releases only, since we are
past the trade deadline and the regular season will be over so
activations/deactivations are unnecessary.  Players you pick up can be
retained for next year (if they have already made usage) but are not
playoff eligible except as an emergency replacement.
