[IBL] Playoff Matchups

The top seeds have chosen their opponents for the first round of the 2021
IBL Playoffs so all matchups are now set.

AC#1 BOW bye
AC#2 MCM hosts AC#6 NJR
AC#3 WMS hosts AC#7 KAT
AC#4 SFL hosts AC#5 PHI

NC#1 SKY bye
NC#2 SLG hosts NC#7 BAL
NC#3 SEA hosts NC#6 CAN
NC#4 SCS hosts NC#5 SDQ

The first round is a best-of-five series with the higher seed at home for
games 1, 2, and 5 and the lower seed at home for games 3 and 4.  We are
using the Wild Card schedule for the days:

If you would like to make any tweaks to your playoff roster before the
first round, send your changes to transactions at ibl.org and your opponent.
Make sure you still meet the rule requirements for a legal playoff roster.

Results are due Monday, October 18.  That's plenty of time, so there are no
excuses for being late.  If you can't get them in on time, let me know in
advance so we can keep the playoff schedule on track.
