[IBL] GTY updated trade flier

Here's an updated trade flier.  I've been going the route the last few
years (since the last really good GTY team in 2016) of trying to re-tool
the club to contend.
I've had enough of that and am now in full rebuild mode.  That doesn't mean
I'm having a fire sale and will accept offers way below value, but I will
listen to offers on pretty much everyone (there are a few exceptions).

To update, KC Merrifield has been dealt.  To give you an idea on where I'm
at on values, the return was a 0 or 1 tier 2nd round pick and a young lefty
RP with a really nice card this year and decent potential as an RP and
possibly a back of rotation SP.

I'm looking for draft picks, prospects, and young players that are
beginning to establish themselves.  Make a fair offer and I will consider
it.
I am willing to package players on the lists below for a better return at
the high end.

Here's who's not available at this point:
Hitters - TOR Bichette, SEA Lewis, MIA Chisholm (also likely to deal only 1
of the catchers).
Pitchers - MIL Burnes, TB Glasnow (I'll never get a good offer because of
the injuries anyway), and probably MIA Alcantara and ATL Fried, LAN Jansen.

So that makes everyone else potentially available.  I'll spare you all the
slash lines and power ratings, etc.  Here's the lists for hitters and
pitchers.  Upper case is unlimited starts.  Blue is RH, red is LH, purple
is switch.
