Hello all,

Happy New Year to everyone, I hope you are all healthy and safe this
holiday season. I'm enjoying 4 straight days off! After several weeks of
56-60 hours per, it's a welcome respite, despite the snow and freezing rain
today. At least I didn't have to go anywhere.

GTY has a few players available. I'm mostly looking for picks, but could
also use a LF and 3B, possibly a 1B, a backup SS, and good RP.

Available:

CHA McCann - Really good bat and glove, way better framing this past year.
Probably my starting catcher, but the ever-present "youth movement" makes
him a possibility to be dealt.
PIT Bell - A little inconsistent, but moving into a really good spot with
the Nats - better lineup support, better park for his skills. Should have
a really good bounce back season.
SF Longoria - Keeps chugging along. The bat has slipped some, but he's
still right around league average, and his defensive metrics remain near
the top of the league for 3B.
CHN Happ/SEA Lewis - Both young and have turned into elite CF's. Your
mileage may vary, but I have them as the 4th and 8th best CF's in the game,
Lewis is a ROY and Happ has improved greatly, so the asking price will
reflect that.
NYN Marisnick - Backup OF type, zoid-ish slug % this year.
KC Soler - If I keep both Happ and Lewis, one of them can DH so Soler
becomes available. Should have a bounce-back year as his hard hit % and
barrel % were actually higher in '20 than the year before and well above
his career averages.
KC Merrifield - Only listed here because he's 31 years old. Still a very
solid bat that had some bad BABIP luck compared to his career norm.
WAS Eaton - Back with the ChiSox as their starting RF, should have a
bounce-back season given his solid barrel and hard hit % but way below
average BABIP - which indicates a lot of bad luck skewing his slash lines.

TB Glasnow - A little bit of a down year, but still an elite-type pitcher
and fairly young.
TB Morton - Getting older and not as good as the year before, but a high
BABIP indicates at least some bad luck. His hard hit % was up slightly, so
I'd estimate he'll put up numbers somewhere between his 2019 and 2020 lines.
CHN Lester - Innings eating SP at this point.
Bullpen - I'd probably be open to discussing any of them, but I'm happy
keeping all of them too. If you like one, let me know.

If you'd like to discuss any of these guys, let me know.

Thanks,

Brent Cunningham
