I have completed my first pass at integrating Statcast data into the  
defensive model and have posted an updated estimated range file.  Catcher  
arms have also been added.

Additionally, I know that the currently published stealing ratings are  
going to need to be updated.  The stealing rating is capped based on total  
SB but with a season that was 1/3 the length of a normal season players did  
not have the same amount of time to accumulate SBs.  That capping mechanism  
still needs to be adjusted.
