[IBL] Roster Refactoring

Hello friends! As we get closer to drafting-by-list I wanted to start down the path of doing some roster refactoring to get my team in some kind of shape for the upcoming "season".

What the roster looks like in terms of being qualified to play full-time:

C - STL Molina, CHN Caratini
1B - PHI Hoksins, TOR Guerrero
2B - ?
3B - ARI Escobar, TEX Kiner-Falefa
SS - NYN Rosario, TEX Kiner-Falefa
LF - WAS Soto, STL O'Neill
CF - BOS Bradley, MIL Garcia
RF - ?

SP - WAS Corbin, NYA Garcia, HOU Greinke, ARI KellyM., MIN Maeda, TB Richards, ARI SmithC.
RP - OAK Soria, SD GarciaJ., STL Webb, WAS Harris

What I need:

* pitching minimum 6 starts, likely 12, possibly as high as 18 due to injury risks in my starters
* full-time starter at 2B
* full-time starter in RF
* 4th outfielder type who could play in CF and RF

What I can move:

It looks like at first glance DET Cabrera and MIL Garcia are surplus to requirements. TEX Kiner-Falefa is definitely available in trade as well. Picks are definitely possible in the right sort of setup.

I know that we are currently in a place in the IBL where most owners act like, well, modern GM's and obsess over "value" in their trades, all under the threat of a potential protest from other owners. I can only speak for myself when I have made the conscious choice to limit my comments on trades to snarky text messages with fellow IBLers. I'm open to trades that give me the structure that I am looking for while also not insisting I have to be on the "overwhelming victory" side of things. A cohesive team with as few weaknesses as possible is what I want.

I am not under any pressure to make deals because I have recently become ISO-9000 certified in IBL roster usage management and can grind my way through the free agents to fill the gaps I've identified. Please reach out if you think there is a potential deal. Asking about WAS Soto and TOR Guerrero will result in a series of mocking email responses.
