[IBL] Ballot Results; Roster Cuts (DEADLINE DEC. 20)

I received ballots from 19 of 22 teams, and both items passed easily with
19 yes votes.
(no votes from SCS, SEA, and WMS; ODM and SNH currently have no owner.)  So
we will proceed with 36-man rosters, and a 26-man active roster.

It is now time to process cuts and usage appeals.
*** Please send in the players you would like to release by December 20. ***

Players who did not make usage will be automatically released.  If you have
any
players you would like to keep who were under 75% or over 133% and you
think you
should be allowed to keep them, send me your usage appeal with your
argument.
If your player is over 75% with injury credit, you do not need to appeal.

Reminder, players who are uncarded once again take up a roster spot if
retained.  The temporary rule for the 2021 IBL season no longer applies.

After releases have been completed and rosters have been updated, I will
send out
my annual spreadsheet of draft-eligible players with stats.
