[IBL] IBL Trade Deadline

Just a reminder that the trade deadline is tomorrow night, August 10th at
midnight Pacific time.

We will still allow free agent signings through the end of the regular
season, but players picked up after the trade deadline will not be eligible
for the playoffs (except if necessary as an emergency replacement).  So
this is your last chance to make trades or signings for your playoff roster.

Real life off week from August 3 to August 9.
Week 9 transaction deadline (TRADE DEADLINE) is Tuesday, August 10.

Week 9 results are due Monday, August 23.
Week 10 results are due Monday, September 6.
Week 11 results are due Monday, September 20.
