[IBL] KAT considers moving Meadows TB

He battled Covid last year and his card is decent, but my OF for a possible
playoff run is pretty much set with Frazier/Robert/Blackmon, and my future
LF options include Fraley SEA, Taylor MIL & Wade SF, so he's a valuable
asset that I could deal.  I'm obviously not trying to dump him, but could
move him if I can work a fair deal.

What I'm looking for (focus on next year and beyond)....

Top end SP, C, RP & picks.

SP - I've got Eovaldi BOS, Manaea OAK, Montgomery NYA, Quantrill CLE &
Singer KC with Hudson STL UC, but I'm looking to improve.

C - Mejia TB should be solid, but Maldonado HOU is a drain on the offense
(but with great D) and Knizner STL is still trying to get Molina to take a
day off.

RP - I can use an upgrade to my pen for next year, as Gonzalez LAN, Heuer
CHA took steps back and Rosenthal is toast, but won't deal for a RP as the
primary piece in a deal.

There are a few spare parts that I could move as part of any deal (Petit
OAK, Knizner STL, Newman PIT, Wittgren CLE), but everyone else is either
part of my playoff plans or a key piece for next season.
